We provide on-site Basic LifeSupport (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), First Aid, and Respirator Fit Testing.
We offer on-site trainings in California and Nevada. Currently servicing the entire San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, San Diego and Las Vegas.

We offer both in-person and online training options to make it convenient for you to learn CPR. Our in-person classes are held at our training facility, and we also offer on-site training for groups. Our online training is self-paced, allowing you to learn at your own speed and on your own schedule.

About Your Owner and Lead Instructor
Tyiesha V. Jones is the Owner & Lead Instructor of Pulse Check 101 LLC.
Being of service to others has been Tyiesha’s mission since entering the Health Care field in 2007. Nearly two decades of experience working at two well-renowned hospitals; SFGH (level I trauma center) & UCSF (specialty patient care) has led & inspired Tyiesha to develop Pulse Check 101. She has positioned Pulse Check 101 as an OSHA compliance support firm (CPR/AED/First Aid/Fit Testing). She is also expanding Pulse Check 101 to offer EM 385 Fall Protection courses, health/well-being, and nutrition development coaching services.
