BLS Provider Course - CPR (Adult, Children, & Infants), 2 person CPR, AED, bag valve mask - $85 per person *introductory price
Recommended for: Doctors, nurses, nursing students, dentists, physical therapists, physician assistants, medical assistants, massage therapists, EMTs, paramedics, lifeguards, firefighters, and, medical & healthcare professionals. *This course is for both BLS renewal or BLS initial students. Even if you are not in the medical or healthcare field, you can take this BLS course. Recommended for: Preschools, Daycare, Child Care Workers, School Bus Drivers, Parents, and Babysitters.
The Pediatric Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Online Course contains information on how to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. This course provides a one-stop shop for pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED training needs for child care providers.
Length: Online class average 2.5 hours & Skills Session 45 minutes in-person. Receive AHA eCard next business day.
Family & Friends CPR - $30 per person
Recommended for: Community education, schools, students, babysitters, parents and others interested in learning how to save a life.This course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR and relief of choking in an adult, child or infant. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment by using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible. ** Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card in CPR for their job.Length: 1.5 hours in-person only

The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Online Course is designed to prepare students to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. It offers the basics of recognizing and administering first aid for the most common life-threatening emergencies. This program is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs an AHA course completion card. Length: Online class average 4.0 hours / Skills Session 45 minutes in-person. Receive AHA eCard next business day.
**The American Heart Association certification cards are good for 2 years.
PulseCheck 101's COVID-19 Safety & Prevention Onsite Training Program provides a brief time line & insight into the origin and spread of the Human Coronavirus Pandemic in the USA, as well as required training and safe guidelines for both businesses and employees in the workplace with COVID-19 exposure concerns.
This program is essential for any size gathering; workplace, sports organization, churches, schools, private families and nonprofit/community facilities.
***Mask, sanitizer and digital temperature scan will be provided to each attendee.

Being of service to others has been Tyiesha’s mission since entering the Health Care profession in 2007.
Tyiesha worked in Customer Service & Supply Chain from the late 90s until 2007. Tyiesha built strong work ethics and professional disciplines while working in the private sector, which was a great foundation to build a new Healthcare career on.
The past 14 years working at two well renowned hospitals; SFGH (level I trauma center) & UCSF (specialty patient care) has led and inspired Tyiesha to open Pulse Check 101.
Starting and running a CPR/First Aid Training Company has opened a field of possibilities for Tyiesha.
She is currently enhancing Pulse Check 101 to offer health, wellbeing, development, and nutrition services.
